General Information: In addition to assisting all AREA students, Joyce is a Real Estate Salesperson, Home Inspector, and Registered Appraiser providing services for buyers and sellers, with great customer service and a smile.

Her prior background and experience includes 19 years in the banking area as an operations supervisor/lending officer. In addition she and her husband owned two restaurants; one was a fast food establishment serving hamburgers and French fries, the other a family dining establishment in a historic ghost town. While running the restaurants she was also a volunteer firefighter for three years responding to wild land fires and was a medical first responder for automobile accidents.

It is so rewarding to assist people by explaining all of the processes and helping them to avoid any pitfalls while educating them for their future needs.”
