AREA is proud to partner with CareerWeb to offer Continuing Education Real Estate courses required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to maintain your independent Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License.
AREA offers a choice of online delivery for individuals who prefer a more flexible schedule. Currently AREA is only offering Real Estate Continuing Education and Exam Prep courses in Arizona. Arizona law requires that Pre-Licensure education be done in the classroom.

A summary of the Arizona State Requirements is posted to assist you in understanding the minimum education, experience, and examination requirements established by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to obtain and maintain a license as a Real Estate Salesperson or Broker.
